CPT (Carriage Paid to) (Transporte Pagado Hasta): el exportador contrata y paga el flete de transporte de la mercancía hasta el lugar de destino convenido. El riesgo de pérdida o daño se transfiere del exportador al importador cuando la mercancía ha sido entregada a la custodia del primer transportista designado por el exportador En caso de existir varios, el despacho en aduana de exportación lo realiza el exportador.
